MetroFax Review

Using MetroFax internet to send and receive online faxes

After a thorough review, MetroFax wins our "Best For Business" label for providing an excellent and easy-to-use interface (watch the video to the left), excellent customer support and packages that are very generous in their page alotments. If you send and receive anything over 350 pages per month (that's pages, not faxes) then MetroFax is dollor-for-dollar the best option.

Less than 350 pages and their cost can be a few dollar more. If price is your main consideration and you have low send/receve volumes you may want to try SmartFax who have packages at $6.95/mth but their page allotment is lower and overage costs are substantially more.

MetroFax Support

To us, this is probably one of the biggest points in why we concluded they were Best For Business after our review. the only drawback we could find is that they're "only" available to provide support Monday to Friday, 5am to 6pm PST. That said, they guarantee their services with 24x7 network monitoring and their interface is so easy to use you're unlikely to require help from them regardless. And if you do have toubles navigating their interface, just watch the video above. :)
